With a background as Director of Operations at ProcuraFind and nearly two decades of helping small businesses grow, Dr. Sandra Hardy understands both the civilian business world and the unique challenges veterans face when they transition into entrepreneurship.

After 21 years of military service, I faced one of the most pivotal moments of my life — stepping away from active duty to care for my mother after her stroke. That moment forced me to rebuild from scratch, and from that rebuilding came Bootz To Heelz, LLC.

I know what it feels like to transition out of the military and wonder what comes next. I know the identity shift, the imposter syndrome, and the question every veteran asks: “Can my military skills translate into something civilians will actually pay for?”

No. Many veterans join with just a feeling that they want to build something. The Veteranpreneur's Launch cohort is designed to help you identify your best business concept from your military experience and build it from the ground up.

Is this cohort only for combat veterans?

Absolutely not. The Veteranpreneur's Launch is open to veterans of all branches and all roles — whether you served in logistics, communications, medical, intelligence, administration, or any other capacity. Every MOS translates into a business.

How much time do I need each week?

Plan for approximately 4–6 hours per week — one 90-minute live session plus time for worksheets, exercises, and community engagement.

What if I miss a live session?

All sessions are recorded and made available to cohort members within 24 hours. Your accountability partner and cohort community will also help keep you on track.

Is a payment plan available?
